Q. How do I become an employee?
A. We require certain administrative and KYC (‘Know Your Client’) documents and a contract from your end client. The most straightforward procedure is to register here and complete the Welcome Pack.
Q. Who establishes the contracts with my agent?
A. We liaise with your agency for you. All contracts are signed and agreed by Newquay on your behalf.
Q. What happens if I am in mid contract or have multiple contracts?
A. We can accommodate this by verbally agreeing a start date with yourself and may be able to ‘back date’ your contract. Multiple contracts can also be accommodated.
Q. How long does the procedure take?
A. Turnaround is quick. As soon as your documentation has been approved you can start sending in timesheets.
Q. How can I check if you have received my documentation?
A. Either register here and/or check with our administration team. Alternatively you can bring in original documents and have them certified at our office.
Q. What is the exit strategy?
A. You can end the arrangement at any time; ideally we would like one-month notice. There are no set up or exit fees.
Q. What about expenses?

Q. What happens if I am out of contract in a 12 month period?
A. Provided you keep us informed we are able to work with you understanding your personal circumstances. The Newquay employee contract simply mirrors the terms of the contract agreed with the end client. You remain on our database until your next contract begins.
